Rules
What are the throw-in rules?
A legal throw-in needs two hands, two feet, and both over the head.
Throw-ins go to the team that did not touch the ball last. The thrower needs both feet on or behind the touchline, facing the field, using both hands from behind the head. A foul throw gives possession to the opponent. Unlike corners or free kicks, you cannot score directly — the ball must touch someone else first.
